Pellet
Pellet is a rolling kid‘s toy designed for children that are in early stages of development (3-5 years old). Its main purpose is to develop gross and thin motor skills in a unique way, while the kid is having fun.
This rolling toy consists of a sphere that can be rolled over and be taken everywhere. This action helps develop gross motor skills.
The sphere can be opened and on the inside, there are three levels with different toys such as: sphere pieces with textures, poka-yoke pieces and a marimba, all of these, meant to develop thin motor skills.

Our goal was to design a toy that motivates the kid to move around, developing their gross motor skills, and that also has the alternative of a more relaxed play developing their thin motor skills while they learn.
ideate
Once the problem is refined, through all the data research, gathering, observation and collection, we started the concept proposal that were adaptable to the problem we wanted to solve.
