JOB: Executive Director​

COMPANY: Du Nord Foundation/Nonprofit based in Minneapolis

 

 

   

During my time with Du Nord Foundation I was in charge of the management of the start-up nonprofit, from fundraising, donor relationship building, budgeting, design and production (including digital content, website design, social media ads, website design, annual report, printed materials, merchandise design, etc) to big picture strategy planning and execution.

 

In the first year of the non-profit I managed the 1st initiative, the Recovery Fund, distributing almost 500k to 75 BIPOC business owners. In 2021, I was promoted to Executive Director. I was in charge of managing a 300k/year budget and raised 28% more funds than the previous year.
